    Wow, how cute!!!! I think this one will become one of my favorites on PT!

    I am just back from holidays and I was looking for previous threads about Phoenix just before you start this one. I was very frustrated because almost all the pictures are gone and I could not see the little doll (only one thread still have pictures). I am happy now

    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
