kinda! Arg...it's driving me half mad!!! haha!! Not alot of people like it because the the gov. takes our tax money to help pay for the things people need in this program and people dont like their tax money being taken but it helps ALOT of people who are single parents and cant afford health care and only make a certain amount of money!
