Nebo had that happen as well. It is not normal. I took him to the vet and and the vet said it could either be the actual eye causing it or neurological. He tested and it was not the actual eye, but we never did figure out exactly what caused it...and later on the eye was a bit swollen. It went back to normal and hasn't happened since, but it did really worry me. I'd recommend a vet visit.
