Sometimes a cat will sneeze after eating. This is often due to dental health problems. But since your cat has been to the vet recently, I think they would have already found this.

Have become raly worried about my wee man we are going to the emergency vets at 12.15 today he has bad diorhia (sorry spellin bad) and he is convolsing with pain his breathing is rattly and sneezing at least once every 5 min im constantly washing his rear end as its coverd in crap. wish us well ill post what happens when i get home
