I'll be thinking of you guys.

A lady called and said she saw a dog similar to Ki running around the park in her neighborhood yesterday morning. So, we went there a bit ago with Nala and I walked around it for a while. No luck.
Passed out fliers around that area, posted a few signs.

Going to go around that neighborhood in a bit, just stopped by to eat and feed the dogs.

I also think it is important to describe her as smaller than a rottie since calling her a rottie mix sounds big. A taller, thinner beagle with rottie coloring? Whippets are a little smaller than Kiara with a similar shape the only problem is, and I know from experience, most people ask what's a whippet?

As mentioned by someone else I think it's a good idea to look in backyards and windows (from a distance of course!).

Kiara is a little smaller than Sadie but very close in size. Sadie is about 17in high and 36lbs. A picture next to an object of known size might be more helpful to non-dog owners for whom numbers don't mean much.

I wish I could walk the streets of your neighborhood calling for her rather than sitting here thinking of how to describe her. My thoughts are with you and I hope this nightmare ends soon.

Good luck. I really hope that was Kiara that she saw and that you will find her.

cyber sibes had a good idea with wearing that picture on pins and around your neck. I'd be happy to order you some from cafepress, or perhaps you could print some and have all of your family wear them on lanyards to get people's attention better?

You may have already tried most of these, but this link ~ www.petrescue.com/library/find-pet.htm ~ has a lot of good suggestions.

I've checked PT like 40 times today hoping for a good update. I wish I was closer so I could do something besides sit here and wait for an update.

    Thank you Wolf_Q!
