"Dog - Found 9/11 in Palm Harbor area off Nebraska Ave. Call to ID."

Nebraska is the road south of my neighborhood.

Called again, still voice mail.

Oh please please please be Kiara! Fingers and toes crossed here! You and Kiara continue to be in my prayers.

I'm guessing Ki is around 40ish pounds and perhaps somewhere in the area of 20 inches at the withers.. There should be plenty of good pics of her posted on PT, for those who are looking in shelters near them.

I haven't read every thread posted by others, but have you tried craigslist? I see they do have lost/found dogs in there as well.
