Laurie, I agree - but Slick should have had a full nights sleep!! I bet she didn't take a sleeping pill last night. Hopefully she's back in bed now, snuggling with Max.

You know, I doubt they can keep her in bed for long at the hospital! LOL!

More good wishes and hugs to you, Slick!!

Sending you many good vibes for the surgery and then a very speedy recovery Slick!!! When they're wheeling you into the surgery area just think of everybody naked.

(oops.... that's what you're supposed to do for nerves when doing a speech...... but I'm sure it will work here as well.)

Dear God, sorry, I just couldn't wait until 2 PM. Could I please ask You to be by Slick's side this morning? Maybe if she feels all of our love, it will calm her down and help her get through the morning.

Thinking of you here, too. I hope everything goes well and you're out of that hospital in no time.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.
