Just have to share this. I had the weirdest dream. I was on the table and the anesthesiologist was about 110 years old and shaking like a leaf. He said he had come out of retirement to do this operation. He gave me some drugs but for some reason I couldn't go to sleep. He gave me some more. I was still awake. I could see visitors that were waiting to see me and one of them was Michael Douglas.
Anyway they keep pumping the drugs into my IV but still, I was talking to everyone. Finally the doctor said to me "Well, there's no more that we can do now. You are finished." So I started yelling at them that the cancer had to come out if not now then when?? Last thing I remember before waking up was me and a team of doctors huddled over a calendar.
That does it, no more cheese for dinner. Randi, I made the soup yesterday and it was good. Have 4 portions in the freezer.
Q of P: I'll listen for those bells. Thank you.
Everyone else: Thank you for your words.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
