I know I said "no more kittens" atleast not to keep *foster then yes* BUT he is exactly what I wanted when I got Billy (my other orangie) and he is short haired with white. I wanted a long haired rusty orange kit. If you lived ANYWHERE near here, than I would in a heartbeat. *Melissa is gonna KILL me for saying that* I want Tigger

    Thank you so much Michelle!

I hope Katie is serious about Tigger too, it would really boost your morale, Tracy, to have another adoption in the making at this point. Tigger's fur is a gorgeous rich red, and he looks as though he is ready to spring into whirlwind action at any second.

Reading through your post made me rather shame-faced about my misery over Cattulus' brother showing ringworm on his head today for the first time. Well, I didn't see it, I felt it and have just shampooed him. Each time another gets it, it makes the isolation that much longer and continues the risk of re-infection. Your kittens must be going stir-crazy since I know what my three are like and they have a bedroom and bathroom to themselves. Your ringworm kittens are in isolation in a bathroom? How are you managing to isolate those with colds and those with ringworm, or did you just give up - you would, after all, need a very large house to do isolation for each sickness and non-sickness.

    Lizzie,

I spoke with Katie yesterday....we are working on it! Yippy! He is a little devil...so hyper, but oh, so cute!

As for my ringworm and URI kits....they all had URI's so they are still ALL being treated for URI. They are in the same room, but different cages...that is all I can do. The room is big and I let them run around in it for about an hour three times a day. The only one's that are not allowed out are the ringworm kits...if they rub on anything, the fungis is then spread. I hold them and pet them a few times a day...but as soon as they see me grab the cream, they cower in the corner. They are smart! So far the cage seperation is doing well....knock on wood!

First of all Katie,"I am done with kittens, I am never going to get another one" does this sound familar??????? HUMMMMMM????

Tracy this are all so adorable and I feel so bad for all of them because they all look so sick and like they don't feel good, especially little Lola. And poor Iccess, he looks miserable too. I love little Oreo, I think after the two white ones she is is my favorite. Can't wait to see more pics of them when they are feeling better.

I have so tresaderm( for ear mites) that I am going to send you along with the ear wash.

I'm sorry to see them looking so sickly. I hope that they all recover quickly so that they can find their new loving forever homes. That's wonderful that Katie will possibly be adopting Tigger. He sure is a goregous orange/red color.

My Starr also had a bad case of ringworm shortly after I adopted him but he was confined in a small cage so luckily it didn't spread to my other cats. His foster mom took him back to treat him because she also had several other ringworm kittens. Even though he had been in a different room, he still caught it so hopefully the other kittens won't break out with it. It just takes time, patience, and lots of cleaning for them to recover from it. Good luck.
