Yes. Once when I was a teenager, I snuck my dad's car out and had to break a small window when I locked the keys inside. Then lied, b/c i was so-o scared.

I was once on a roller coaster that stopped in mid-ride.
It wasn't that bad, the view was good and so was the weather, if memory serves.
