I've yet to post on any of these threads yet but I have been following and eating healthy right along with you all.

I started at the same time you posted the first thread and have slowly lost a total of 14 lbs which I'm really happy with. Now I can actually wear the old pants I had almost given up hope on

I did have a weak moment at the PT picnic on Sunday and ate all the yummy food everyone brought (well I did have to try it all) but I'm back on track now. Mark and I even went for a 10 mile bike ride last night through our towns bike path. I must be doing good biking and walking with the dogs because surprisingly my legs don't hurt.

Now my problem...
I *HATE* to exercise, I mean I really despise it. I've tried different things, I'm even going through the Exercise on Demand I have on cable. Nothing can get me pumped about exercise. We even have a bowflex and I just keep saying "tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes. What can I do? Any suggestions?
I'm getting rid of the fat, now I want to get rid of the flab!
