I need something REAAAAAAL strong (surprize me)!! I'm up to my you-know-where in obnoxious, impatient, rude, condescending customers. They throw money at you, stand there on the damn cellphone chatting away, expecting ME to walk around and unload their carts. I DON'T THINK SO!!! What is it with people these days?? Haven't they ever heard the words "please" and "thank you"???? UGH!!
