Make sure your computer is not blocking the zoto domain? Or if you have no blocks set on your computer, make sure your firewall is allowing you to access the site... worse case scenario check with your ISP??

I remember once when someone had problems accessing random domains, it was because their modem was starting to die. Not saying that's the problem but worst case scenario...
