I was thinking Great Pyr/Husky or pure Pyr as well. Because Pyrs aren't very common, I would hold onto the pup and post "Found" flyers around the county. You might also want to contact Pyr rescues and see if they have any leads as to who the pup may belong to. One things for sure, he is ADORABLE! I would pick him up in a heartbeat!

It doesn't matter what breed this pup is, what matters is that he should
be cleaned up & seen by a Vet. It's obviously a very young dog & should be
with people to care for him & keep him safe.No more wandering around and
getting into all kinds of trouble.Looks very sweet. If you can't keep the dog,
    take him to a shelter.

I'm thinking all Pyr. right now. It's a beautiful pup, regardless of heritage. I'd hold onto him for a while. Post flyers and see if he's microchipped. If you can't find the owner and don't feel capable of handling another dog, then oyu might want to check into a Pyr. rescue or perhaps search out a home yourself? Best of luck to you and the pup in the adventure of finding his home. Hope we get to see more of him, no matter what the outcome.
