I love rodeos. The bull does not get hurt at all-they grow up in rodeo, from when they are youngsters, throwing people off. And to them, they ALWAYS win. I believe it is a great satisfaction to them to be bucking and such, and then to throw the person off, it's an accomplishment. Any bull not in good health, or well taken care of, will not perform well. And what's worse...going through the meat market (have you ever seen feed lots? Tiny pens full of cattle with no where to really even walk, just sitting there to gain weight), sitting worm infested and skin and bones in a field, or being well taken care of and bucking people off? They don't tie ropes around their testicles, they put a strap under the abdomen. Yes they use electric cattle prods and such to move them, but how else are you going to move a possibly aggressive animal weighing a ton?

I basically just don't like them. What they "might" do to the animals isn't the reason whatsoever... simply the fact that it bores me to an extent is the reason. Some things said about rodeos are highly overrated and exaggerated.. some information people hear is rather misleading. I've been to a rodeo once in my life. I found that there wasn't much to complain about on how they treat the animals..... atleast thats how it was at this rodeo.
