I thought you may try and lure her in, as she seems to be quite keen on joining the hotel, bless her for waiting outside every morning. Hopefully you'll know how old she is and whether she's neutered if you take her to the vets...
is she very friendly? If she's friendly and she's been fixed at least somebody looked after her at some time in her life even if not now, but never mind, she has Gary now
