Hi again Dex! I hear what you're saying about whitecoats forcing things on us that hurt a lot. When I was about 5 months old Meowmie took me to the vet about that getting fixed thing even though I wasn't broken. My vet took blood for a test that showed I was positive for FIP. My vet said because I was under 6 months old maybe I tested positive for my mommycat's antibodies so she did the test two more times. Fortunately I don't have FIP but the only way to be sure was to do those tests. I agree it isn't very polite to force your mouth open like that, but your vet needs to see all those red, puffy, big sores in your mouth so she can know what to do. I can understand why you're not convinced that they're trying to help, how can they be helping when they do things that hurt?
