I can tell you right off the bat it's not poisonous, there is only one snake in the world that is poisonous, and that's the yellow-bellied sea snake.

It looks like an Eastern Hognose, one of my personal favorites. They eat mostly frogs, and they're not venomous. In fact, if you tried to pick it up, it would most likely play dead to avoid being eaten by you.
