    Non hyper Labs?

Am I missing something here? That falls under the same heading as military intelligence. An oxymoron.

I think this is from the same website

How to stop a lab puppy from biting
While he is biting your hands, use your thumb and index finger to force his upper lips up against the sharp canines. (The area between your thumb and finger will rest on his nose). Give a squeeze just hard enough to make him yelp. Once you let go, he will probably charge you for more. Give it to him. This time, squeeze just a little harder, and hold the pressure for about three seconds of yelping. He will either give you a disgusted look and disappear behind the sofa, or charge you again. He may appear madder than heck, and growl as he’s charging. This should not be taken as aggression. Remember, this whole thing is a game to him. Each time he returns for more, let him have it again. Extend the hold time for two seconds every round. Do this for as many times as he returns and bites too hard. (If the biting becomes gentle mouthing, there is no need to continue). Do not quit in the middle of the game. Keep playing until he learns he can’t win. Otherwise, he wins by default, and you’ve created a monster. Eventually, he will go off and pout. Don’t go after him. Leave him alone. He will come back in a better mood after a good nap. (Remember how you felt the first time you lost pitifully in Monopoly?)
Sounds like an real fun game.

Keep to the same strict diet that your pup was on when you picked him up. Food changes, even a morsel of a doggie treat, will cause diarrhea.
    house breaking
If you see him in the act of going, make a loud guttural noise that will scare the hair off him. (Pretend you just found your little brother spray-painting your first car). This will make his muscles tighten, and he will stop for a few seconds. Get him outside, and leave him until he goes, even if it’s fifteen minutes. (Unless he finished in the house).
Found something else. They are selling two labs for $1,000
Max & Sophie came from an unfortunate situation. Their previous owner had a family hardship and realized she couldn't take care of them any longer.
Feeding Labs raw vegetables, meats, and other human foods

If your Lab is on a proper formula of scientifically created dog food, you have nothing to gain and everything to lose by feeding human foods. A dog cannot digest carrots, asparagus, green pepper or any other raw vegetable. All they can do is to interfere with proper absorption.
Raw meats carry their own risks. If you do not own a Wolf out of the wild, leave the raw meats to the buzzards.

Their website is "http://www.labpups.com". I don't believe they health test-why would they do that if they are breeding 'family labs!?!' I also found this...

It looks like they breed..a lot! These are just two of their breeding bitches. They have so many, too!

He is has 38+ females, and 12+ males. 50 dogs. And 6 litters on the ground. How is that not a puppy mill? It's so incredibly sad, every single female has huge teats and look like they're bred on a constant basis.

"Our puppies are guaranteed to be free from major genetic defects, such as hip dysplasia, generalized dermodex, etc. "

    then...

"Any dog purchased from us that is diagnosed with a major genetic defect within one year of the purchase date will be eligible for a refund of money."

How unbelievably generous of them! They definitely do stand behind their dogs. ZOMG.

He also goes on to talk about SHOW LABRADORS having unfriendly temperaments. Whattt? A Labrador would be booted from a show if it displayed any sort of unfriendly demeanor while being felt up by many, many judges. Not only that, but all of the Show Lab breeders I know breed for temperament as #1. I would even support a Show Lab breeder way before saying these people are decent human beings, in any way, shape or form.

Someone did and the response wasn't very kind. This was his reply. There are several more e-mails and replys on the link I posted on the first page.
    Dear ???
Your letter makes several assumptions, one of which assumes if I do not post my clearances on line, I must have failed clearances, or none at all. You poor soul. I choose not to post my clearances on line. It is a simple matter of space. I do not feel that I owe it to my competition to post such clearances. I am willing to bet you that the health of my Labradors is better than any other breeder in the USA. We have our own laboratory. You have no idea what we go through and what we spend in pioneering research on hip dysplasia, retinal dysplasia, or donations to non profit organizations. Make a quick buck?? You have provided the laugh of the day.
I own JaxMax outright, and had it developed by the world’s leading canine nutritionist. The ingredients are better than the food you feed, and I do not even need to know the brand you feed to tell you that. I travel all over the world in the performance of dog food reviews. If you really want to know what’s in my food, just ask. I do not owe it to the world to post the ingredients on line, and you do not owe it to me to buy it. Our food, like all foods, has an AAFCO statement.
You do not see the guarantee on our pups? It is listed as a hyperlink on every page of our website.
My advice to you is to get a life. It is obvious from you contrived ramblings that you must be some poor housewife peddling puppies and showing them for ribbons that has nothing better to do than pick on other people. I can GUARANTEE you that through your ignorance, your dogs are not half as good as mine, and they are probably eating trash, even at $1.00 per pound. If I knew the exact food you feed, chances are I could tell you what you are really feeding. I can tell you that the raw ingredients cost of your food is not over $4.00 for 40 pounds, because that is the highest one on the market, except for JaxMax.
You probably minored in English Literature? Involved in teaching, or a law secretary? You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. It is a shame you are too close minded to learn from someone that knows much more than you ever will.
By the way, I will use my real name, which is more than I can say for you.
