I just had one clinging to the deck railings...I asked Mark what he thought it was but we were both baffled....thanks for the information....I can now tell Mark that I know what they are.

I have to share this picture I took a few weeks ago. It's an Eastern lubber grasshopper. They're really big and they're all over the place.

Oh hehe I'd always known those were Katydids. They are ALL OVER here!
