Crazy husky lady
I don't have one with a special saying, but I do have the "No More Homeless Pets" one (NMHP is a Utah program with the goal of...you got it,no more homeless pets). Most of the money it costs every year to have it ($25) goes to their organization so I'm happy to pay the extra for it. It has a little picture of a cat and dog on the side. See it here.

We had them in Illinois because they were free, no extra cost. Now I'm back in OH, I have just a reg. one...but the letters are DVH.. I think of it as a vanity plate:
"Designated Vehicle for Huskies"
