Honestly she probably doesn't know what to do with it. Let her go hungry and try again tomorrow. Sometimes it takes a few tries for a dog not fed raw to get the idea that it is now something good to eat. She won't starve herself to death so don't worry about that. She is also still settling into your home so a lot of changes at once may make her confused. Don't worry too much and try again.
