Take it slowly, keep both Sassy and Snowy on leashes at first, and have them meet, say, out in the yard. Because the pup is so little yet, Snowy may be fine with her.

Thanks Karen. I'm hoping if they meet at the lake it would serve as neutral ground for them so then neither one of them is protective over it. Even if their first meeting is only 10 minutes or so, as long as it ends on good terms I'll be happy.
