Check with your vet, but ours tells us to give our dogs a Pepto Bismol tablet and that usually helps a lot. He also suggests Immodium, but be careful since Nebo is so little. Definitely call the vet before you try anything like that. He also says not to feed them much and if you do something bland like cottage cheese (good for you) or plain white rice. Good luck.
