I'm a little bit confused. Is she done giving birth and thease are old shots? Is it normal that it's just a picture and not a actual video?

It's a picture that refreshes. What it's showing is what's going on.

If I refresh my page every 25 seconds, the picture changes. I wonder why it's not changing by itself.

It refreshes itself for me. Are you viewing it in the pop up window? If I view it in a pop up, it doesn't refresh.

It should still have the camera on... like on the puppies. That can be entertaining for awhile.
