Laurie, That's not fair. Here I am, stuck in the middle of OK, and you're teasing me with east coast seafood! (They had scallops the other night for dinner in the hotel. One problem.....scallops in Tomato sauce????????)

ah well, only another week down here, and they DO do some damned fine BBQ.
