ANYONE IN HERE????????
Okay, Mario's been in the cherries again (someone needs to train him to clean up after he's done!)
Well, I'm going to fire up the Seement mixer with a batch of slushies. We're OPEN if anyone wants to stop by.

LH, did you say, "train" Mario?! That's kind of a tall order! I'll share the seement mixer with you and maybe we'll think of something!
David, maybe we can come up with a Mario sized remote?![]()
Uh, LH? Would Radio Shack carry something like that? Maybe rewire Orc's remote?Originally Posted by Lady's Human

I think a trip to Radio Shack is in order, David, maybe a Solar Panel recharger for Orc while we're there?
Laurie, That's not fair. Here I am, stuck in the middle of OK, and you're teasing me with east coast seafood!(They had scallops the other night for dinner in the hotel. One problem.....scallops in Tomato sauce????????)
ah well, only another week down here, and they DO do some damned fine BBQ.
Dang it all, I forgot!! This is THE purrfect time of year for the garden delights and I happen to have some. August... sweet corn at its best, let's soak it and grill it. 'Maters at their best, lets just slice some up and munch (well, some like them on a WonderBread & Hellmans mayonaise samich.. I sure do). Peaches are superb, slice 'em and put them on a shortcake biscuit with real whipped cream. hmmm I KNOW, soft shell crabs from the bay. OR, a bushel of bluefin hard crabs with Old Bay seasoning.. HAH, anyone hungry yet![]()
LOL - I have a couple of 'maters that are almost ready. I'll bring some thick sliced bacon and homemade bread and we can all enjoy the perfect BLT.Originally Posted by lbaker
Fyi Laurie - when you are on the west coast, Hellman's is called "Best Foods" - don't ask my why - but I have a jar of Best Foods in the fridge and a backup in the cupboard.
I'll help myself to a slushie from the see-ment mixer if no one minds. Its going to be in the 90's here today in stumptown.
These are not the droids you were looking for
