Do you get as upset as me when you see the pets listed on freecycle? Of course, I guess I ought to be happy that they are advertising there, rather than sending the to the pound, but I get so upset and want to lecture every one of them!

Good luck with these babies. I hope you can work it out and save their precious lives.

I have not heard anything back from the lady who keeps letting her cats breed, unfortunately. She is a nice lady and everything just not very bright.

I do, indeed, get upset with those folks, Logan. I even emailed some ladies who were looking for labs and dobes to breed and gave them a good lecture!

I get the Freecycle, and I don't like it when they put pets on there either.
They are not merchandise.

What will we see next? Children?

In Calgary, there is a Pets Calgary as a Yahoo group, and pet posts are NOT permitted on Freecycle here (though some supplies might be). There is a link to Pets Calgary on the Freecycle site.

Maybe if there is a pets group in your area, you can notify your Freecycle moderator and ask them to put the link on there.

If there ISN'T one - well, what do you do in your spare time?

(Yeah, I have tons of it too)
