Not surprising, consider that this is the ageny that didn't have the foresight to stock adequate spares for the shuttle (Buying parts off of Ebay is NOT a good business practice for space travel), and left the skylab mockup to rot. They also seem to have difficulty getting their vendors to use the same measurement units when writing software.

NASA at least has figured out SOMETHING.....

Why re-engineer a heavy lift booster? We had the best one in the world, but we junked it, along with the tooling. Glad to see they're updating the Saturn-V, and not spending billions to design something that already existed.
