If you're looking at the file location through Windows Explorer (you'll be looking at a regular file tree-type window). the file name is in a column. If you look up at the top of the column you can resize it by dragging the little divider line to the right to reveal the whole file path OR you can just right-click on the file name and look at the Properties. I don't recommend just deleting this one file - it's probably has tentacles buried deep in the Windows registry. Use a virus program or spyware program which will remove all traces of the offending file.
