I've been off the forum a few days and was hoping to see an update when I returned. Perhaps it's too painful for her to be on Pet Talk right now. Such a huge decision. Poor thing.

How did the first vet know what it was exactly the very first day without dong any tests, yet it's taking so long to find out from your own vet?? Please tell us what the disease is, we are concerned for Ocean. Is he still alive? Did you put him down? Please let us know. If there is some weird illness out there like that that is cancerous and painful and incurable that can be found on a first glance doing a neuter I really want to know what it is and find out more about it.

I agree, and also to help us out with the future of dogs, should it be a rare disease or the like. I am always up for learning about anything dog related.

Oh, Lexie! It's not your fault at all. Not one bit! There's no way you could've prevented Ocean getting this disease... you just got him. It's a shame you blame yourself It's not your fault at all! ((hugs)) Ocean will not have to go through anymore pain, it's good you helped him, he's in a better place. Without you, imagine where he would be right now, and he'd probably still have this disease.
