Thank you everyone. When I checked it earlier today, I couldn't find it, but I just found it again, and now it seems to me it still has the same size... It's so hard to tell....

One of our local vets is back from the holiday now (the one with a lot of homeopathic knowledge). I called him today and discussed Luna's case, and he recommended a homeopathic remedy that may help with lumps, Silicea. I already ordered it in the pharmacy, so I can pick it up tomorrow.
