I love it all too. My Record/CD collection is such a hodge podge of different styles and eras, from Big Band to Heavy Metal, it's hard to believe it all belongs to the same person.
I was a teenager in the 70s/80s and I think I just missed my era. I should have been apart of the age of aquarius.The 60s was really an incredible time for music and I loved it all. Beach music, British Invasion, Psychedelic and Acid Rock, Motown, Folk, etc. Just so many wonderfully creative sounds from that timeframe.

I grew up listening to the oldies from the 40s, 50s, 60s and to some extent the 70s. I hardly listen to any of the new stuff... rap, pop, alternative, emo (i'm still not entirely sure what that even is! lol) etc but I know just about any oldie that comes on the radio.
