I think you have to have 100 posts before you can change the title (so keep on posting ).

You should found how to put your avatar by following these instructions:
-on the right up on your screen press user cp button,
- then on the left side of the screen, press edit options button,
- scroll at the bottom of the page and avatar text should be there.
