Lady is just a gorgeous dog. You can see right into her little doggie mind through those eyes! Congratulations to you too on your photograhic skills. I had a black dog who was so hard to do justice to in a photograph. It seemed her eyes and fur always sort of blended together into a big black blob!

Of all the pictures I've taken of Lady (which like I said before, it's A LOT), this is my all time favorite. We were playing and I was exhausted from running and throwing the ball. We came back in the house and I was just sitting on the floor with Lady and told her to put her "chin down." She complied and I grabbed the camera and snapped this picture. To me it's like she's asking "am I pretty enough"? I think her expression says so much. The photo just holds special memories. I know I've posted it here before, but here it is again. Hope you like this one too.

Oh my gosh, you doggie looks just like mine. What breed is she? Our dog is a mixed breed border collie/black lab.

Kevin, OMG!! Now you really freaked me out. They say everyone has a twin in this world, I think you have my dog's twin!!!

You know those two pictures you labeled "Sleepy" and "Ready for Trouble" - I have pictures like those of Lady when she was younger where she looks IDENTICAL to yours, and I mean IDENTICAL! I'm not at home, but wait until I post it, you'll swear it's your dog, even the same type of red collar and the same pose (you sure it's not my Lady? lol).

Lady is a Flat-Coated Retriever and she is the best. Naughty at times (she's too smart for her own good), but always lovable and affectionate. I swear the only thing missing about this breed is the ability to talk, although she says a million things with her eyes. I'm in love with my dog's eyes, can you tell?
