Awww great pics. how do you teach him to hold the treat on his nose like that lol I can't get Teddy to stop moving his nose when I bring the treat near lol.
Looks like they had a great time at the beach
R.I.P my dear Sweet Teddy. You will be missed forever. We love you.

Everybody has different ways to teach how dogs balence treats on their nose. It took T.j a couple months because I started with him knowing the word leave it. Then I started stacking them up on T.j's paws. Notice there on his paws in this picture and everytime he thought about eating them I said "leave it" after he left it, I had a party so he knew that it was really good.Originally Posted by sparks19
Basically I hold T.j's muzzle and put the treat on is nose, saying leave it. Then I give him a treat. Increasing the time of holding his muzzle. Then once I know he gets the picture I let go of his muzzle and say leave it and then his word that says he can go get it is ok. I also use OK as a get up word from sit or a come as a agility word.
