Calvin gets knotted because he won't tolerate the comb or brush. So when his fur starts to mat up I just shave him. Now, I know you are wondering how he tolerates a clipper when he doesn't tolerate the brush......well I must actually take him to my grooming shop. When he is away from home he is very scared and I can do anything with him (this is how he acts at the vet too). So, when he is in the grooming shop I COULD brush him (vs. shaving) but then he would just knot up again sooner. Besides, he REALLY does like the feel of the clip, and so do I.

I tried to get Hamlet, but they came out too bad. but now that I know how ingrateful you all are, I might just keep him to myself.
