    So whats the plan for the evening?

    I would like to start with a whiskey and Coke Hold the Coke lol

    O.K. - here I am with dinner!!

    I am going to need some help with these fellas - they are pretty big.

    Get out the really big pot that we brought - and put it over the roaring fire
    filled with water!

    Is the water boiling? Ha - yes it is!

    I stashed some potatoes wrapped in foil into the fire - they should be ready about now.

    PLOP - PLOP - PLOP - into the water they go!

    I am off to melt some butter..................

    Anyone want to guess what we are having for dinner?

    Laurie, quit shoving me out the way - and Richard too - darn it. .........there is plenty for everone

    Sorry I haven't checked in today . Our town had its heritage days "a Timber heritage" had venders and food and more food. Parade and classic street rod show. Just came back from the burn outs smell like exhust and rubber going off to take a shower back later. Got a picture of my dream car. will post it to.

    YUM LOBSTERS! and to think I just happen to have brought hush puppies to with corn and seafood! Looks for barkeep ...............needs a stiff one!

    LMAO I never liked coke anyway with my whiskey! (uses 7up) hands over a platter of steaming southern hush puppies (shhhhhhhhhh the coleslaw is our secret!)

    LOL can't have it with 7up or gingerale ever since a bad New Years experience hahaha. But I can give you all the 7 up and I will take all the coke and we can share the hush puppies.
