Thursday #170....Field Trip....

Well it's Saturday morning and everyone's still asleep, I won't wake anyone up I'll just start some coffee and breakfast, bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes with fresh maple syrup.

The only one not here is LH, he left for Oklahoma, again! this morning. Lady is terribly depressed.

Morning LOH I brought Blueberry coffee cakes, I will send Rusty over to Ladys tent to Play. She won't be so dpressed then. I will take some of that coffee though smells heavenly!

You could have set a bomb off at my ear - and NOTHING would have gotten me out of my sleeping bag this morning. It is Saturday and doggone it - I am going to sleep in..................

But that blueberry coffee cake did it - I am up and in the chow line.

Let me try to plan lunch or dinner - I have contributed squat to this camping trip!

Well I'm glad I'm camping out in Yosemite, because I have heard it's raining at home!!!

My garden desperately needs it, just don't let me be there! Good job there is plenty of food around, all this fresh air certainly gives you an appetite!

Guess what KK! I just snagged some fresh Eastern Shore sweet white corn!! Let's go stash it in the creek husks on, then throw it against the coals later .. That will certainly go well with the rest of the stuff. Well, not so well with pancakes and breakfast

but it is getting on afternoon here

and even later in the day for you! mmmmm

Did someone mention Eastern Shore sweet white corn?? Let me at it!! (Perfect camping food outside of marshmallows, of course!)

Hey Laurie, LH just checked in from Indiana on his way to OK and said find some seaweed to put on top of that corn and throw some clams and lobster and crab in there and let it cook!

Wow DG, that bluberry coffee cake is awesome! One cup of coffee DONE!

Gini, you can plan whatever you like for lunch or dinner, I can hardly wait!
