    I don't know that song.
I think every Girl Scout in the universe knows that song, hey, even LH knows that song how scary is that!

Here you go, Karen. Guess I got some of the words wrong, but the idea is the same. Think of 30 girl scouts sitting around a campfire on trees that had been cut down and laid around the fire - no comfy camp chairs here. Girls broken into two groups of 15 each with the counselors taking whichever side they choose. Or, if it's a smaller group, the counselors would sing the first round (large letters) and the girls would sing the second roung (small letters).

    Everybody now!!!

PS - about those logs....they don't make the best camp chairs because when the fire is big, you're WAY too close to it and it's too hot, and when the fire burns down, you can't just pull your chair closer. Much better to just have a moveable stump. Much more mobile, but be careful after you've had a few slushies because they're not near as stable.

Thanks P&T just what I need, you know I'm going to be stuck with that song for the rest of the night.

rest of the night? REST OF THE NIGHT??!?! The second Richard mentioned Bear I've had the song stuck in my head, and it probably won't go away until next week sometime now that I know the words again.

I wonder if those counselors knew how damaged we'd all be by that song.

Zippy, what does that mean? Terry and I were thinking about getting into geocaching once we don't have to work anymore....soon in other words.

Oh you should! It's a ton of fun.... even though I only do it in the fall/winter months. (Too many creepy, crawly, and rattle-y ( ) critters out here in the desert for any other time.) Have you checked out the geocache website? With your adventures, you should pick up a few "traveling bugs."

As for the lingo --- Phred... Oh Phredddd... you want to decipher? Where is he? --- Ah well, here goes...

Thanks Zip. I've briefly checked out the web site, enough to find out it sounded like fun and something that our new life style would be perfect for.

I just thought of something.....sorry Gini.....I think Richard had an inkling that Gini's tree was going to crash and that's why we're camping this week....just think of all the firewood!!! Sorry Gini.

Spend some time exploring the Web Site ...
There's sections and Forums explaining the Hobby of Geocaching VERY well!

Do some reading BEFORE you by a GPS Receiver ... you might want to get a
Hand-Held that's from the same family as the Rollin Howze's GPS.
These days the Garmin Line is a major favorite because of warranty, friendly tech support,
    and other issues.

I go out with "The GeoMutts" and we pretty much have a blast!
They've actually "spotted" a few caches when I was clue-less!
"We" log our stuff on the web site under "DogDad".

Lady doesn't mind as long as Rusty doesn't mind her being in charge.
