Thanks Everyone. It's nice to have Teddy back to normal and he is loving life now that he can play again lol.

the first time we used the hose he was afraid of it. He didn't want anything to do with it. So I made it a game I would put on my happy voice and say "I'm gonna get ya" and slowly walk towards him and then spray him in the butt. and then I would laugh and run away and he would chase me and then I would do it all over again. So now he just LOVES it and will play with the hose for HOURS if we let him lol.
