As if I didn't have enough respect for groomers to begin with. I now have a new understanding like nothing I had before. I think alot of us actually believe that our pets are perfect angels when they go to the groomer. My hat goes off to you Jen--a thousand times. It's unbelivable what you people have to go through. You deserve a million huge pats on the back for continuing to do this job and your tips should be 50 times more than they are
