I'm on Gini's PC - but with only two slushies under my belt, I actually remembered my login password.

things are great so far - the day was sort of warm (but cooler than the current Portland heat wave

), but the evening is cooling off nicely.

Oh - I just spotted Rascal. I must be at Gini's

(I think I better log off after this so that Richard doesn't post under my name

After much laughing, chatting, drinking and eating the
HOUSE OF ORANGE is ready for bed.
It's going to be a long wonderful day tomorrow and we know we need our beauty sleep.

I thought this year it would be easier NOT to be there as I had my own little PT party in June, but NO!!!!! It isn't! I wanna be there!!!!!!!!!!!

Half of the House of Orange is awake and starting the day and some four leggers are demanding breakfast.

It is time for the final preparations and I can't believe that the 4th Annual BBQ is about to begin. It is going to be very warm today and it feels east coast humid.

*sobs with longing* Oh how I wish I were waking up on Gini's couch with a warm, orangie next to me

I would get the coffee started but would have to wait until whoever is sleeping on the blow-up mattress in the kitchen nook woke up, right? What a day you all are going to have!! I'm with you in spirit

Sorry Laurie, this year the couch is MINE!

Everyone is having muffins and coffee and I should too. We have a few things to do early. We don't want the hostes with the mostest to work too hard so it's up to us to help.

Gini is really wonderful to put us up and feed us. And she's feeding two neighborhood cats on her front porch. What a big heart she has!

Gonna go get a muffin and start the day. Stand by for more pics.

We are all up but only 2 of the 4 are dressed!!
Noone is on the blowup mattress - yet Laurie.
We will look forward to your call.
Gini is hosing things off - and Tonya and I are going to 'dress' the tables before we shower.
