Yes, thats red nail polish. My friends daughter & my neice just had to paint her nails a couple weeks ago (I have no polish remover lol). Her back nails have clear glitter polish on them. I posted some pics in dog general over the last couple weeks (I think every thread except the nook one has her in it with her pretty red nails).
