Gini, the other night I had a dream that I surprised you by showing up on your doorstep on Saturday morning. All you had to say was "Well, you can stay for the day but I'm afraid there is no room at the Inn!" I woke up and giggled.

How fun! I remember how excited I was to meet people for the first time last year - also, believe or not, I think that your backyard is going to be cooler than mine this weekend - it's going to be getting close to 100F here in Portland.

I hope this doesn't come out wrong, but...the 1st BBQ was the smallest and was so fun! Each PT Meeting can be large or small, have the same attendees or have new ones...they're always fun and full of our PT pals. It shouldn't matter who isn't coming...you'll get to see new people or old friends!While we miss those that are unable to attend, we have our memories from the past and can make new ones in just a few days!! Yay!!

Uppydate on Karen/Aaron (Wolflady & Scooters Dad)...they WILL be attending after all. I'm staying in a hotel room with them on Saturday night. I'll be spending a few hours with Karen/Aaron before the BBQ as we've only seen each other ONCE this year!
But...it'll be worth it to be able to see my PT Family after that!

Actually, Mary and Gini are "inside" having morning coffee and talking about all of the kitties that have owned us.
Rascal just adores Mary - she has that special soft touch - and Annie not wanting to be left out - has shown up too. Emma - well..........she is under the bed.........her usual safe spot.
We are talking about getting the day underway...........
