What's wrong with copying names? If you're just naming her intentionally Kiara to copy Kay, that's not right.. but.. It's not like anybody owns the right to the name. It's a free country and you can name your dogs whatever you want. There's no reason you shouldn't name your dog Kiara if you like the name.
