    This makes me so sad. How could they both have treated this dog so badly? That poor little guy never had a chance, how very very sad. RIP Charley, I am so sorry you did not have a better life here.

    Oh my, that is so so sad. Poor Charley. May he Rest in Peace. I'm sure Charley is playing and happy at the Rainbow Bridge.
