No tattoos for me, I don't do pain for fashion's sake. I pretty much don't "do" fashion anyway! I never got my ears pierced for the same reason, even though I worked at an ear-piercing place for a while. I either wore magnetic earrings, or had my hair covering my ears so people wouldn't freak out at an unpierced person piercing THEIR ears. I can just imagine the the conversation:
"OMG, why aren't your ears pierced? It must REALLY hurt, huh?"
"Nah, I just think it's dumb to punch holes in your body to hang metal objects from 'em." - would hardly be the approved company sales line!
There are metal allergies in my family, and I have ridiculously sensitive skin anyway, so it would just be a bad idea - I would probably end up hospitalized from being allergic to the ink or something.

I was worried tho. But they say most people that are metal sens do fine with tats. I thought mine was goingto hurt worse than it did. But I was good. And it didn't take long to heal enough to lay on it. I'm wanting another
