    Most know what the breeds look like, so I won't bother with pictures.

    In no particular order, really.

    1. Borzoi
    2. Saluki
    3. Greyhound
    4. Whippet
    5. Afghans
    6. Scottish Deerhound
    7. Italian Greyhound
    8. Irish Wolfhound
    9. Komondor
    10. Puli

    There is a slight pattern to that list (with the exception of the last two).

    Well my top 2 will always consistently be the loves of my life:

    1. Smooth Collies
    2. Cairn Terriers

    And here's my other 8, which change from time to time:

    3. Border Terriers
    4. Golden Retrievers
    5. Cavalier King Charles Spaniels
    6. Airedale Terriers
    7. Shelties
    8. Whippets
    9. Bernese Mountain Dogs
    10. Corgis

    Hummm that makes 3 Herding dogs and 3 Terriers, then 1 each of Sporting, Working, Toy and Hound. Welp, tiz hard to beat the intelligence of the herding dogs and the personality of the terriers, in my book anyway.
