Park him in a lawn chair in the back yard, beer in hand,
maybe a baseball bat, too.

Having your Cop-Buddie pull in - in his B&W "Company Car" (the one with allua LIGHTS on it)
to have a chat with The Marine would certainly add to the overall effect.

A few visits by Dad otta have a "soothing effect" on the neighborhood Stress Level!

Just one more idea. When you see one of "their" cats poop in your yard, go out pick it up walk down the street and hand it to them and them to start picking up their own cats poop. That's one thing I would do.
